Road Traffic Accidents

A car accident or car crash, also referred to as road traffic accidents (RTAs), traffic collisions, road accidents, personal injury collisions, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) and rollovers, are incidents causing damage when an automobile collides with anything else. The simple part is understanding what a car wreck means - anything causing damage to the automobile, from crashing into another car, phone pole, building or tree, or where one driver loses control of the vehicle and damages it or something else in any way.

Car crashes kill approximately 1.2 million people worldwide each year, and injure about 48 million people.

The difficult part is determining fault. If you or a loved one has been involved in a road traffic accident, contact the Accident Recovery Team. Do not rely on the insurance company to tell you your rights, or protect your rights. Accident Recovery Team includes former insurance company attorneys that understand the tactics insurance companies will use to decrease or minimize insurance payments for car accidents.
