Accident Recovery Team Teacher Appreciation Giveaway Contest Disclaimer

By entering, participants agree to the official rules and decisions of the Accident Recovery Team. One (1) weekly winner will receive $500, pending eligibility. Winners will be contacted by phone or email and must pick up their prize in person at 833 N. Waco, Wichita, KS 67203, within two (2) weeks of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be chosen.

The prize is non-transferable. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes. Employees of the Accident Recovery Team (ART) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win. Some restrictions may apply.
