A construction worker suffered life-threatening injuries when the sleeve of his work shirt became entangled in the rotating axle of a water pump, pulling his left arm around the axle and into the machine. His arm was pulled from his body at the shoulder, and he suffered additional serious injuries to his abdomen and chest. We successfully fought for his medical bills paid to be paid, weekly lost-wage benefits during his lengthy recovery, compensation for his permanent injuries, and future medical benefits left open to address his prosthetic arm and many long-term medical issues.
