Worker's Compensation Claim: Traumatic Brain Injury of a Teacher
A teacher fell backward from the top of a desk as she stood on it to hang classroom decorations, striking the back of her head. She subsequently experienced frequent headaches, dizziness and nausea, and short-term memory loss. We demonstrated that the injury occurred in the course and scope of her employment as a teacher, and obtained for her medical treatment, lost-work benefits and compensation for permanent impairment.
