Entering is easy! Starting November 10th, submit your name and contact information on the form below, then tell us a little bit about how the prize money will help you and your family or someone you know. That’s it! No strings attached. Winners will be announced on the Accident Recovery Team social media page. Please note that all interested parties must be at least 18 years old to enter.
The Accident Recovery Team also encourages you to spread a little extra love and kindness this year, too. Together, we can encourage our friends, families, and communities to work together, stay strong, and spread hope this holiday season!
Participants must live in Wichita or the surrounding areas. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the Accident Recovery Team. One (1) bi-weekly winner will receive $1,000, pending eligibility. Winners will be contacted by phone or email and must pick up their prize in person at 833 N. Waco, Wichita, KS 67203, within two (2) weeks of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be chosen. The deadline to enter is December 21, 2025.
The prize is non-transferable. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes on the Accident Recovery Team website and social media platforms. Employees of the Accident Recovery Team (ART) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win. Some restrictions may apply.
